 If you are looking to spend some time away from your daily life and delve into self-reflection, you may find that there are a wide variety of retreats to attend. 

I host trauma-informed, transformational yoga and meditation retreats designed to help you slow down for a few days, taking a step back from your routines. 

In my Summer and Spring retreats, we foster more connection and outward interaction in order to embody the energy of the season and strengthen our community and our support systems.

In the Autumn and Winter retreats the focus is more toward introspection and going inward, creating space for introspection and self-exploration. 

All my retreats are accessible and inclusive, and I have scholarships available upon request. I choose locations that have ADA accommodations.
